The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me on a new adventure. A journey to get closer to Jesus.

When I consider my walk with Jesus through the years, I sometimes think of it in terms of being on a road. My road seems to have been filled with potholes, twists, turns and detours. My journey down “Christian Walk Boulevard” hasn’t always been easy. Sometimes I’ve stood in the middle of the road and refused to take one more step. Sometimes I’ve sprawled out on the side of the road face down in despair. And sometimes I’ve even turned my back and walked away.

But there have been times in my life when I’ve followed closely behind Jesus. What I’ve realized is that during those times, life’s potholes, twists and turns are still there. But Jesus leads me through them all.

I want to learn more about Jesus and the road ahead.

I want to get ever closer to Jesus, don’t you?

For reasons I can’t fathom, I believe I’m supposed to share my journey with you. As I study God’s Word, I hope to share what I’m learning in a way that is honest and genuine. I hope you will feel free to share your journey with me.
